Fix Your Feet – Relieving Foot Soak with Essential Oils

Unfortunately, most of us can't just wear Birkenstocks or other comfort shoes every single day (though that would be nice), and even if we could, there are still some days of walking or spending too much time on our feet when they need extra special care, love, and attention.
This foot soak is wonderful for relieving your poor, tired, aching feet when you've overdone it, either from exercise (run a marathon?), too much walking and standing, or the impacts of aging. Whatever the reason, our feet often need soothing care to keep us going (and feel good doing it).
Ingredients:
- Warm water
- 3 tablespoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup Epsom salt
- 1 drop each Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary

Instructions: Use a large glass bowl, foot spa, or other suitable container you can fit your feet into comfortably. Add the hot water, baking soda, Epsom salt, and essential oils then soak your aching feet for relief and relaxation.
When finished soaking, pat dry and follow with a good moisturizer and put on your softest pair of socks.
